Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

· Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

· To request a cancellation, please email with the subject: Request for Cancellation, at hello@heoineinyou.com, with your Order ID.

· Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

Returns & Exchanges

· After delivery, items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt.

· To initiate a return or exchange, please email with the subject: Request for Return / Exchange, at hello@heoineinyou.com, with:

o your Order ID,

o the reason for return/exchange, and

o clear product photos.

· Our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days of approval.

· The returned product may take 10–12 business days to reach us.

· All returns and exchanges are subject to product inspection and approval upon receipt.

Refunds

· Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.

· Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days.

· The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within an additional 5–7 business days.

· Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

Special Conditions – Silk Sarees

· Silk sarees are eligible for exchange only, provided they are returned in original and unused condition with all tags intact.

Return & Exchange Charges

· Return charges: INR 150 per order (towards reverse shipping).

· Exchange charges: INR 300 per order (covers reverse pickup and reshipment).

· We reserve the right to cancel orders or deny returns/exchanges in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or unfair practices, in order to protect the interests of our customers and the brand.
